| APPLICATION DEADLINE:
All entry forms, completely filled out, payment in full, copy of Birth
Certificate, Pageant Evaluation Selection Sheet, and all other required
information must be submitted by mail, postmarked by December
1, 2007.
No incomplete applications will be accepted. Once all
applications are received and reviewed, a confirmation will be sent by
mail to the sponsor teacher containing the welcome packet, contestant
number and Talent Performance Information Sheet.
Review the All Solo Title Pageant Checklist
to consolidate the necessary information and time frames.
ENTRY FEE: $100.00
Entry fee includes competition fee, T-shirt, rehearsals, a souvenir program,
and the opportunity to make new friends. Fee does not include tights,
shoes, and undergarments.
Should a contestant choose to withdraw from the competition,
a full refund may only be given up to 3 days after the registration deadline.
